Some revisions that I asked for: They wanted to paint the house taupe, but will be re-painting it white. They had the Hardi-Plank spaced too widely, but are re-spacing it to 5-1/2" exposure. They had the AZEK trimboards grain side out, but will take those off and replace them with smooth side out.
