A FEMA trailer is delivered six weeks after Katrina destroyed Margaret Spotorno's childhood home in Bay St. Louis. According to Margaret, her mother's home, which was built in 1847 and survived all previous hurricanes including Camille, will be rebuilt. "I can't believe everyone won't come back," said Margaret. "Look at that view." Margaret's one wish for change is that more parking be provided for the downtown. "Other than that," she said. "I hope our community stays pretty much the same."
