Power drill in one hand, broom in the other, Donna Davenport is in the midst of a major clean-up of Loft Studios on Bay St. Louis's Main Street. Her art gallery and framing studio took in three feet of water and much needs to be done but, in the spirit of Bay St. Louis, the town has already reinstated its monthly Second Saturday art festival. "People from all over come to our town for the festival," said Davenport. "We're not going to let this hurricane stop us."
