Regina came to the Gulf Coast three weeks ago to work for the Red Cross. "I have to leave for two weeks -- Red Cross rules," she said, "but I'll be back for another three weeks after that." Regina has been serving food to hundreds of people out of a tent in Waveland, the community that probably took the hardest hit from Katrina.
